Philips SpeedPro Max 7000 Tube Breakage Warranty Replacement Request

I am a user of the Philips SpeedPro Max 7000 cordless upright vacuum cleaner, 7000 series model, which I purchased on 21.02.2025 and which is still under warranty. Despite always using the product carefully and in full compliance with the instructions for use, I encountered a breakage problem at the body/tube junction point of the device. The fact that this part broke under normal and careful use clearly indicates a manufacturing-related weakness rather than user error. Indeed, many other users of the same model report similar breakage issues. For a product currently sold in the price range of approximately ₺15,000 TL – 25,000 in this segment, such a structural problem is unacceptable and creates a serious lack of confidence in the durability of the product. For my product, which is still under warranty, I request a direct replacement rather than a repair. I do not consider repair to be an appropriate solution due to the possibility of the same issue recurring. My invoice and warranty documents are available and I can share all relevant details such as invoice or serial number upon request. I kindly request Philips to adopt a customer satisfaction-oriented approach, remedy my grievance, and support me with a product replacement. I am expecting an urgent response regarding this matter.
