I have been a loyal KitchenAid user, but I am extremely disappointed with how my issue has been handled. The ceramic coating on my whisk and dough hook has started peeling over time, making them unsafe to use. When I contacted KitchenAid technical service, they informed me that this issue is not covered under warranty because it does not affect the functionality.

Since I couldn’t get a replacement under warranty, I offered to purchase new attachments, only to be told that they are out of stock. This means I am completely unable to use my KitchenAid mixer because I cannot get the necessary accessories.

I find this completely unacceptable from a brand that markets itself as high quality. I expect a proper solution, whether it be a warranty replacement or restocking the accessories. KitchenAid should stand behind their products and ensure that customers can continue using them without issue.
