KitchenAid Gourmet Chef Toaster Replacement Delayed for 2 Months

In August 2023, I purchased a KitchenAid toaster from the Karaca store's online site. The product malfunctioned shortly after, so I sent it to Ankara for service, as the brand only has a service center there. The service center said they would replace the product, but I've been waiting for 2 months and they keep saying it's out of stock. They never initiate contact, and I always have to call them for updates. I urgently request that a brand new, identical product be sent to me immediately.
