Karaca Returned the Damaged Product Without Any Processing At the Factory
I purchased my Powercast Chef Cream Stand Mixer from Karaca four years ago for approximately ₺2200 from their website. After three years of trouble-free use, it started shutting down automatically after three seconds every time I turned it on. I took it to an authorized service center, and they diagnosed a motor fault. Because no spare parts were available, the unit was sent back to the factory. However, despite remaining at the factory for approximately three weeks, no information was provided; no explanation was given regarding the fault, repair, or replacement. The unit was sent back to the authorized service center. During this time, I also contacted Karaca customer service, but they only submitted a request but offered no satisfactory response or solution. We encounter the same problem every time we turn it on, and now we can't use it. Despite a legal obligation to provide spare parts for 10 years, no spare parts are available. Therefore, I'm requesting a replacement for my unit with an identical model. So far, we haven't been able to find a qualified service representative.
