I Bought a Karaca Food Processor With Warranty but Was Charged for the Repair
I bought a food processor from the Karaca online store, with an invoice dated 21-11-2023. The product is still under warranty, and I also purchased an additional 3-year extended warranty. When the product broke down, I took it to the service center, but they asked for a repair fee of ₺850 despite the warranty coverage. I was shocked by this unexpected demand, especially since I had paid extra specifically to avoid such costs. I cannot understand what kind of warranty or process this is. The customer service representatives I spoke to provided vague and unhelpful responses. Unfortunately, Karaca’s service is very problematic, and I request that this situation be resolved.
