Kenwood Toaster Keeps Tripping the Circuit Breaker

We bought a Kenwood toaster, and the moment we plugged it in, it tripped the circuit breaker. We took it to the Kadıköy service center for repair. After waiting 10 days, we received it back, but the same issue occurred—plugging it in caused the breaker to trip again. On top of that, the buttons were reinstalled incorrectly!

We brought it back to the service center, but they didn’t fix anything and returned it in the same faulty condition. This is incredibly frustrating, and I expect proper repair and attention to this issue. Please address this situation immediately.
