I purchased two lipsticks and one mascara from Kiko Milano as part of their “Buy 3 Pay for 2” promotion. I was excited to try everything, but when I opened the mascara for the first time, I was shocked to find it completely dried out. It was thick, clumpy, and totally unusable—just like an old tester that had been sitting open for weeks.
I didn’t expect a reputable brand like Kiko to sell what feels like used or expired products. Unfortunately, I live far from the store and couldn’t make the trip to exchange it immediately. I now feel like I paid for something I can’t even use, which defeats the whole point of the promotion.
Kiko Milano, I request that you replace this faulty mascara with a fresh, sealed product. It’s unacceptable to deliver this kind of quality, especially when your customers trust you to deliver new and safe cosmetics. Please resolve this issue promptly—I’m disappointed and expect better.
