On June 27, 2025, I placed an order on Kiko Milano with Order Number: 2958863390419552. Despite the brand’s clear promise of delivery within 1-3 business days, as of today, 3 full days later, my order has still not been shipped. This delay is unacceptable and contradicts the delivery commitment stated during purchase.
Additionally, during checkout, I qualified for the widely advertised “₺300 gift for purchases of ₺1000” campaign. Although my order met the spending threshold, no discount or gift voucher was applied to my account. This situation feels misleading and unfair.
I tried to contact Kiko Milano’s customer service multiple times, but it has been impossible to reach anyone. The phone line disconnects without ringing, and I have not received any response to my emails. This lack of support and failure to honor promotional commitments violate consumer protection rights.
I urgently request the immediate shipment of my order or the initiation of a full refund process. I also expect my ₺300 campaign benefit to be applied as promised, or at the very least, I demand a clear and formal explanation regarding both issues.
