Kiko Milano Order With 2 Lip Liners and 2 Lipsticks Still Not Shipped After 3 Days

Three days ago, through the Kiko Milano app, I placed order number 3033970502624857 for 2 lip liners and 2 lipsticks, paying by card. However, my order has still not been shipped, and I have not received any updates. In the past, orders I placed with other brands were delivered much faster. I did not expect such a delay from a brand like Kiko. If delays like this are going to occur, it would be more appropriate not to run discounts and promotions. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I request that my order be shipped to my registered delivery address as soon as possible.
