My Kia Stonic's Radio Display is Malfunctioning
I drive a Kia Stonic 1.0 Elegance Konfor model from 2020. I was the vehicle's first owner, and a week after receiving it, I faced a problem with the radio display turning off. After numerous service calls, recordings, and video submissions, it was finally determined that there was a problem with the display, and a screen was ordered almost two years later in January. On March 20th, the screen arrived in Turkey, and I was informed that a bandroll was on its way. However, on March 29th, Kia contacted me and informed me that the decision had been changed and that an update would be released in April, and that if the fault persisted after the update, the display would be replaced. In the video, I go over the specifics. In other words, we have seen that Kia's 5-year warranty and problem resolution in new car purchases are invalid. I am not happy now.
solved.
