My Kia Stonic Has Ongoing Transmission and Paint Problems

I bought a Kia Stonic from 2020, and I've had one problem after another since the day I got it. When we originally acquired the car, they told us there was a problem with the ignition, but I didn't think it would get this bad. Every time I turn the key, the engine shakes like it's going to fall apart, which is rather scary. I've had to deal with transmission problems not once, but twice on top of that. They painted the car wrong most recently. I liked that the service team confessed their error, but it's been eight weeks since then and nothing has been done. I've been waiting patiently, but I'm starting to lose my patience. I thought Kia would be more responsible and kind.
