I bought my 2020 Kia Sportage car from Kia's Trabzon authorized dealer in 2021. About two months after the vehicle was received, and for the next two years, it regularly gave an exhaust emission error once a month. In the case of a problem that gives the same error more than once and cannot be repaired, I wonder why there are no new car offers made. The service authorities have changed more than one part, but the same problem continues. The part has been changed three times from the same error in about two years and is still giving the same error. During this period, an average of seven to eight service visits were made for the exhaust. In the zero vehicle I have bought now, the Kia brand has cooled us from the vehicle; Kia is a regret. My car has been for 4 years now and the same fault is still repeating. I brought it back to the service, and now they're talking about the maintenance of the car. They are talking about the possibility of getting out of the warranty and different different issues. Neither Kia itself, nor its service, nor its team helps. We buy zero vehicles, we can not leave the service. I am experiencing great dissatisfaction with this process I am living with the Kia brand.
