Kia Stonic Activator Issue Persists After Faulty Repairs by Authorized Service

My Kia Stonic, an automatic transmission vehicle, had an activator issue affecting gear transitions. The faulty part was replaced under warranty, but just 200 km later, the same problem reoccurred. A different authorized service center inspected the vehicle and discovered that during the initial repair, the activator’s physical coding was not performed, leading to the recurring fault. It’s frustrating that two authorized service centers have intervened at different times, yet the problem remains unresolved. I trusted these services to fix the issue properly, but instead, I’m left with the same malfunction. Kia, this needs to be addressed immediately—your authorized services should not be making such critical errors!
