Persistent Oil Leakage in Kia Stonic 1.4 Cool

I purchased my Kia Stonic 1.4 Cool package car brand new from Bursa Şentürk Kia dealership in November 2020. Currently, my car has only 19,500 kilometers on the clock, and I've diligently serviced it at the same authorized service center for all periodic maintenance. During the 2022 November service at around 13-14 thousand kilometers, an oil leakage issue between the transmission and the engine was identified. Thankfully, the service center intervened free of charge to rectify the problem before the warranty expired. In November 2023, during the TÜVTÜRK inspection, the same issue persisted, and the service determined that it was still originating from the crankshaft seal, replacing it at no extra cost besides the routine maintenance fee. Now, in April 2024, just five months later, I discovered another oil leak from the same spot, causing a loss of approximately one liter of engine oil. Do I have to drop everything to chase after this problem again? It's concerning that despite replacing the crankshaft seal, the issue persists, indicating a potentially more significant problem with the crankshaft itself. Therefore, I demand a permanent solution to my problem or a replacement for my car if it's deemed defective. This issue arose within the warranty period and has yet to be resolved.
