KFC Payment Deducted, Order Missing, and No Customer Service Help

I placed a click-and-collect order through the KFC app, but when I went to pick up the order, I found out that it didn't register in the system. However, I noticed that the payment was already deducted from my card. The sales representative informed us that there was nothing they could do and advised us to contact customer service. Despite placing the order at the Bodrum/Turgutreis branch at 17:05, we still haven't found a resolution. We feel deceived and demand a refund. KFC, a global brand, cannot fail to resolve such a basic issue! We can never reach a representative through customer service, and the store staff keeps passing the responsibility back to them. We demand a solution! This is unacceptable!
