KFC App Order Canceled but No Refund After 20 Days

I placed an order through the KFC app, and although the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the order was canceled. It has now been 20 days, and I still have not received my refund.
I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one answers the phone. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. Every time I order, they cancel and fail to process a refund.
If the app doesn’t work properly, it shouldn’t be available. KFC, please resolve this issue immediately and refund my money. This experience has been a complete disappointment, and I demand accountability for this poor service.
