KFC Turkey Charged My Credit Card but Did Not Complete My Order

I recently used the KFC Türkiye mobile app to place an order, but to my disappointment, it was never added to the system. My debit card was still charged, though. Unfortunately, KFC Turkey doesn't have customer service, so people like me have to go to external sites to make complaints. It's been a week, and I still haven't gotten my refund. In the meantime, I had to place a second order because my first one was still being worked on. Even though the KFC Turkey team told me that my money would be refunded, nothing has happened yet. This has been a terrible experience with customer service, and I'm very upset that KFC Turkey doesn't help its customers. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated better and have any problems quickly fixed. I want KFC Turkey to own up to their mistake and make it right by giving the promised refund right away.
