On January 10, 2025, I placed an online order through KFC, which was immediately canceled with a message saying: “Due to a technical issue, your order could not be processed. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible.”
That was three months ago, and I still haven’t received my ₺740 refund. I was initially told that the money would be returned within 15 business days, but nothing has been deposited back into my card.
I’ve followed up multiple times, but all I’ve received are vague responses and empty promises. This delay is completely unacceptable for such a well-known brand.
