KFC Click & Collect Order Disappeared

On April 18, 2024, I made an order through the KFC app for ₺400.01 using the 'Click & Collect' option. However, I was disappointed to find out that the branch had already stopped offering the 'Click & Collect' service. An order number was not generated. My order mysteriously vanished from the branch, despite the fact that the payment was already deducted from my card. I contacted KFC officials through email and messages, and initially, they responded by assuring me that they were investigating the matter. However, there has been no progress since then. Even after reaching out once more, I have yet to receive a response, and my receipt is still nowhere to be found.
