On December 22, I placed an order worth ₺372 through the KFC app. While the payment was successfully deducted from my account, my order was never processed. The app does not show any active orders, leaving me without my food or a way to resolve the issue.

Attempting to contact customer service has been an impossible task. The line is always busy, or I receive generic error messages like "we encountered a problem," with no further assistance.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I demand an immediate refund for the unprocessed order or a resolution to ensure I receive my food. KFC needs to address these app issues and improve their customer service promptly.

I've been waiting for my money since December 22nd, and it's difficult to reach customer service.
