KFC Mobile App Payment Problem, Order Cancellation Refund Not Received

On February 8, 2023, at 11:43 pm, I made a payment of 109₺ through KFC's mobile application for an order that was later canceled at 12:30 am. It has now been 8 days since the cancellation, but I still haven't received a refund. I have talked to my bank, and they have confirmed that there is no charge pending on my account. I have also created an online complaint record, and the company said that they have created a return record. However, KFC has not refunded my money, and when I called their customer contact center, they put me on hold for half an hour and did not resolve the issue. I am angry with this situation and want my refund to be processed immediately. Attached to this complaint, I have provided all the necessary details and evidence. If the problem is not resolved soon, I will be forced to take legal action.
