Been Waiting Months for a Refund from KFC, Endless Customer Service Delays

I placed an order on July 22, 2023, through the KFC app, and approximately 2 hours later, it was canceled, citing an address issue. They assured me that the refund would be processed within 15 days. However, months have passed, and my 250 TL has not been refunded. Each time I call customer service, I find myself waiting for a minimum of 20 minutes (which is a separate absurdity).
