Nevertheless, despite the fact that the restaurant canceled my order, I have not yet been refunded for it. It has been impossible for me to get in touch with anyone from KFC, and none of my emails have been responded to. When I call KFC, the customer service representatives give me a new excuse each time. In addition to that, I have lodged a complaint with Consumer Rights through the online platform that the government provides. I would appreciate a prompt refund of the money, if possible.
