I had a really bad time with KFC not too long ago. On December 21, I tried to use their website to place an order for 130 TL. Even though the charge was made on my card, the order didn't go through. When I called customer service to tell them about the problem, they said they would refund my money within 15 days. But it's been 40 days, and the money is still not back in my account. I used KFC's mobile app to try to get in touch with them, but no one got back to me. I finally decided to call customer service, but I had to wait on hold for a long time before I could talk to someone. When I finally got through, the person I talked to couldn't help me and just gave me a canned answer that didn't address my problem. I'm very upset with how KFC has dealt with this situation. I know that mistakes happen, but the lack of follow-up and communication is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and have my problems taken care of quickly. I hope that KFC will own up to their mistake and give me back the money as promised.
