KFC Order Payment Error, Menu Price Charged Twice, No Refund Still


On 06/05/2023, I placed an order from KFC's own website. It gave an error at the time of payment but withdrew the balance of 260 TL. This time the payment was received again, but my first order neither appeared in the system nor the fee was refunded. This time I explained my problem from the company's customer service number and they said we created a request. They said it will be reflected within 14 working days. After 20 days, I called again on 25/05/2023, it was said that we created a complaint, but neither my refund was reflected nor contacted by the company. Finally, I called again on 31/05/2023 and was told to wait on the phone for a while. I waited, just as the customer advisor was about to start talking, this time they hung up... I am so bored now. 260 TL may be a small amount for you, but it is a big amount for me. I use it for my children by increasing my food at work and I want what I deserve as soon as possible. Not a handout. I give a deadline until Monday 05/06/2023, otherwise I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee on Tuesday. FYI.
