KFC Charged Me Twice for Failed Orders and Still Hasn’t Refunded My Money

On December 21, 2024, I placed an order on KFC’s system, but it failed due to a technical error. I tried again, and it failed again. Despite both orders being unsuccessful, my credit card was charged twice—a total of ₺740.

I immediately contacted KFC, and they told me the refund would be processed within 15 business days. It’s now been over two months, and I still haven’t received my money. Every time I call, they give me the same excuse: “It’s being processed, we’ll get back to you.” But no one ever does.

This is unacceptable. You took my money for orders that never went through, and now you’re ignoring me. I’ve been more than patient, but enough is enough.

KFC, refund my ₺740 immediately. Stop making empty promises and start treating your customers with respect. You have no right to hold on to money for services you never delivered. I expect a full refund now.
