KFC Delivered the Wrong Order with Missing Items and Inedible Chicken

I ordered a bucket menu from KFC with a side of "gravy" sauce. My order arrived at my door in half an hour, but there was no gravy sauce or the items listed on the menu. Instead of large fries, I received 10 pieces of regular fries, and they sent ketchup instead of the gravy sauce. The "hot shots" and onion rings were completely missing. The 10 pieces of spicy boneless chicken were neither spicy nor fully cooked. They had a strong, unpleasant smell, making them inedible. I am requesting a refund or a coupon as compensation. If not, I will take every step necessary to file a formal complaint against the restaurant.

My phone was with me. They literally called and hung up. If you don't have any minutes left, leave a personal number and I'll call you. Otherwise, dealing with a robot is annoying. The victimization literally increases.














They did the same to me when I ordered through Yemeksepeti. It seems either the KFC staff were dishonest by accepting an order that had items unavailable, or the delivery person took the order knowing the items weren't available and didn’t bother to inform me. Additionally, the food that was delivered was cold and tasted stale. Either way, my first experience ordering through Yemeksepeti as a tourist in Istanbul turned out to be a complete disaster.
