My KFC Hilltown Order Was Missing Essential Burger Ingredients


I recently ordered the summer menu from the KFC Hilltown branch, which was supposed to include a chicken burger, a regular burger, fries, and a drink. According to the menu, the chicken burger should have spicy mayo and pickles, while the regular burger should have black pepper mayo and lettuce.
However, when I received my order, both burgers were simply slathered with ketchup, completely missing the expected condiments. When I called to request a proper order, I was informed that the central supply hasn't provided the necessary ingredients for the past 4-5 months. This isn’t just an issue at the Hilltown branch—I've experienced the same problem at the Kartal KFC branch as well.
How can such a well-known brand fail to supply essential ingredients to its branches for so long? This kind of service leaves a lot to be desired.
