We have had enough complaints about the newly opened KFC near GOP TEM Residences. I've never seen a KFC like this in my life. We were thrilled when a KFC opened near our home, but the food quality here is terrible and nowhere near the taste of other KFC locations we’ve visited. The staff is irresponsible, and in my opinion, the person appointed as manager wouldn’t even qualify to mop the floors. Last night, I placed my final order for delivery. I got a 7-piece spicy boneless menu and a 12-piece hot shot pack, but there were no fries in the bag. Were we surprised? No, because this isn’t the first time it’s happened. The hot shots were hard and dry, so the kids couldn’t eat them again. The spicy boneless pieces were equally dry and tasteless. You’ve opened this branch, but do you even check on it? I think we’ll be going back to Popeyes. I called customer service at 444 35 55 last night and for the last time. I explained my problem, and they promised the branch manager would contact me. No one called, no one followed up. Surprised? Another big no. There is no excuse for continuously leaving items out of the order. By the way, I was the only one placing an order; there was no one in line behind or ahead of me. So the missing items are not due to rush—they have fundamental issues in their service and operation. Shame on you.
