Cold and Undercooked Food from KFC After 1.5-Hour Wait

After waiting nearly 1.5 hours for my KFC order, I received a cold, inedible meal. The fries were rubbery, the chicken was barely cooked and cold, and the burger was impossible to eat. How can KFC serve food like this without embarrassment? This isn’t the first time I’ve faced such disappointment; I thought perhaps they’d improve, but it’s the same poor quality. To make matters worse, there was no receipt or documentation with the delivery. KFC, this experience is unacceptable—I demand a refund for this subpar meal. Customers deserve quality, not disappointment.
