Customer Beware - Keto Cycle Refuses Refund for Unsuitable Program

I thought Keto Cycle may be a good fit for me, so I signed up. But I immediately discovered that it wasn't for me. It was quite hard for me to use. It's not at all user-friendly. After trying it, I realized that the keto diet isn't suited for me. So the next day, I called and asked to cancel and receive my money back. But no, they said no. They took my $33, which may not seem like much to some, but as an 67-year-old on social security, I can't just toss away that much money. I'm not trying to be rude; I'm simply being honest. It's terribly sad that there's no room for flexibility or understanding. I thought Keto Cycle customer service would be better, especially because I called so soon.
