I purchased the 3-month Kompanion fasting program through their official website, expecting to receive useful features or at the very least a basic fasting list. I use the K Fasting app but have found nothing available that justifies the payment. There is no list, no proper guidance, and overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with what I received—or rather, what I didn’t receive.
I’ve tried to reach out to the company multiple times via email to request cancellation and a refund, but I haven’t received a proper response. The fact that they take your money and provide nothing in return is unacceptable.
I am now formally requesting a full refund of the amount paid. If Kompanion expects users to pay for a program, they should provide clear value in return. Please process my refund as soon as possible.
