I Paid for Kompanion K Fasting but Got No Features, Reminders, or Value

I downloaded the Kompanion K Fasting app hoping it would help me stay on track with my health goals, but it turned out to be completely useless. I paid for a 3-month subscription, yet the app provides none of the essential features it promises. There are no reminders, no notification sounds, and absolutely no guidance.

For example, I set my fasting start time to 6:30 AM, but the app didn’t send a single alert or message to keep me on schedule. It also claims to calculate calories, but that feature is either poorly designed or nonfunctional.

This app is absolutely not worth the price I paid. It feels like I threw my money away. I demand either a refund or at least an option to freeze my subscription until you can deliver the services promised. Don't charge people for something that doesn't work.
