I Subscribed to MadMuscles for 3 Months but Got No Results
I subscribed to MadMuscles, a fitness site based in the US, for a 3-month plan. I had high hopes, but once I started using the program, I quickly realized it was extremely confusing, not user-friendly, and ultimately ineffective. The workouts were poorly organized, and I didn’t see any results whatsoever.
Before subscribing, the site clearly stated that users could request a refund within 28 days if the product didn’t meet expectations or for personal reasons. I submitted my refund request within the first 10 days, explaining that the program wasn’t helpful and didn’t meet my needs. Despite reaching out to customer service three times, I was told that no refund would be issued.
This feels like a cash grab with no real value behind the product. I warn others who are considering subscribing to be very cautious. MadMuscles promises a satisfaction guarantee but doesn’t stand behind it. I demand a full refund and urge the company to respect the terms they advertise.
