I bought a Tefal Gourmet Minute Grill Toaster from hepsiburada.com.tr on October 9, 2024, and although we rarely use it, I noticed a crack on the edge. When I went to report a complaint, I saw that there were dozens of similar complaints about edge cracking, which means this product has a manufacturing defect. If the machine cracks like this within just four months, I request an immediate refund. I do not want a repair, I want a refund, and if this is not resolved, I will take the matter to the Consumer Court. I hope a brand like Tefal stands behind its faulty product. If no refund is provided, I will not hesitate to share my experience on social media platforms.
