Bosch Water Dispenser Has a Faulty Touchscreen and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a water dispenser from Gundoganlar Durable Goods, the authorized Bosch seller at İzmir Mavibahçe. I spent 10,000 TL on this product only to be deeply disappointed. The product's keypad was found to be broken. On Tuesday, the technical service arrived, confirmed that it wasn't our fault, approved the replacement, and assured us that we had the right to have it replaced. This was also confirmed by customer service. However, they are now calling us almost mockingly, saying that because we opened the box, they will not replace it and will instead perform a repair at the service center. This essentially means that they are imposing the service on us because we no longer have the product. To be clear, the box had already been opened, inspected, and resealed when it arrived, with the broken part glued together. I have the exact delivery date, security records, and the original receipt. I am aware of my consumer rights, and I am entitled to exchange or return a defective, broken, or damaged product within 30 days. I don't want a repaired product; I want a full refund right away, or I'll take this to the Consumer Court. Please be advised and make my refund as soon as possible. You've caused me a lot of trouble.
