Kaspersky Password Manager Deleted All My Saved Passwords After Support Advice

I purchased Kaspersky Premium specifically because I needed the password synchronization feature between my devices. However, the data synchronization function did not work as expected.

In response to my support request INC000018477777, I followed the incorrect technical instructions provided by the Kaspersky technical team exactly as instructed. The result was a complete data disaster: all of my passwords, private notes, and account information accumulated over years in both the cloud server and my phone were permanently deleted and reset.

The company I paid for a service has left me facing a serious loss due to its own technical mistake. I strongly advise against paying for this program for password synchronization and data security purposes, as it may lead to serious data loss. I urgently request that Kaspersky Turkey representatives restore my server backups through a rollback process and recover my deleted passwords and personal data.
