Kaspersky Automatically Charged for Renewal Without My Consent
About a year ago, I purchased a one-year subscription to Kaspersky antivirus software for my computer. I never opted into auto-renewal, nor did I authorize any future charges. Yet, on April 19, 2025, ₺530.99 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or approval for another one-year subscription.
This charge is unacceptable because I did not request or authorize a renewal. I have no interest in continuing the service and should not be forced into another payment cycle without my explicit consent.
I demand a full refund of the ₺530.99 charged to my account. I also request immediate termination of this unauthorized subscription and removal of any auto-renewal settings associated with my account. Kaspersky must respect its users’ rights and only renew services with their active, informed permission.
