Karcher VC 7 Yourmax Vacuum Troubles

I placed an order with order number 0084503406, and my items were delivered by courier on July 21, 2023. The Karcher VC 7 Yourmax Upright Vacuum (1.198-700.0) appears to be faulty among the products. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service at 0850 288 30 00, I am unable to reach an operator. Strangely, while waiting in line, my position changed from 2 to 4 for no apparent reason. The problems with the vacuum are concerning: When I hang the vacuum on its wall-mounted stand, it does not charge. To begin charging, I must unplug the cable from the charger and reconnect it to the battery. The power trigger stops working after a few hours (around 2-3 hours) of inactivity. To reactivate it, I must remove and reattach the battery. I need a replacement for the defective product right away, but I'm having trouble finding a responsive and helpful representative. I bought the vacuum as part of a two-item campaign, and I insist on a working upright vacuum as a replacement. Please provide an immediate solution and return my calls!
