Karcher VC 7 Yourmax Vacuum Troubles


We bought the Karcher VC 4s Cordless Plus cordless vertical vacuum cleaner on December 14, 2021. We ordered it from the Karcher website, and our order number is 3620385175. The device has been turning off by itself after 3-4 seconds in the lowest mode for more than two months. This happens even when the battery is fully charged, every time we try to turn it on.
When we reached out to the official service centers in my city about the problem, they told us that they only handle Karcher products for industrial use and couldn't assist us. I called the technical service hotline, but they transferred me to the customer service hotline, and the call got disconnected on its own. When I tried to call the number, the call ended abruptly two times and nobody answered.
I filled out and sent the contact form twice, but I haven't received any response. I tried to reach out through the live chat on the website, but got a message saying "Sorry, we're not available right now," even though it was during business hours.
I can't reach Karcher at all, and I need a solution to my problem before my warranty runs out.
