Kärcher Left Me Waiting for Weeks With My Faulty VC 6 Cordless Vacuum



On February 28, 2025, I delivered my Kärcher VC 6 Cordless upright vacuum cleaner, which had a body detachment issue (photos attached), to the Kärcher branch in Ümraniye, located on the Anatolian side, along with a technical service report. On March 1, 2025, I was informed through customer service that the product was transferred to the Halkalı service center. Despite calling customer service and the Ümraniye branch approximately 10 times until April 4, 2025, I received no information whatsoever about what was being done or the status of my product. Today, after a 17-minute phone call with Mr. K**** at 0850 288 30 00, I was told that they would follow up again. Excluding weekends and holidays, I am now on the 23rd business day of this process. I will begin filing complaints through legal means and social media. It is truly unacceptable for a large company like Karcher to operate in such an outdated and unprofessional manner. I have repeatedly stated that my wife and son are allergic to dust. I strongly condemn leaving a household and its residents in this situation for months.
