I bought a Kärcher VC 3 Vacuum Cleaner more than a month ago, and I've been having a hard time getting help with finding spare parts. I contacted customer service several times, and every time, they promised that someone would get back to me, but I still haven't heard anything. This continuous delay has truly placed me in a tough spot, as I depend on the hoover cleaner and anticipated timely assistance. I’m disappointed and taken aback by Kärcher’s unresponsiveness, particularly considering the brand's standing. I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly, allowing me to experience the dependable service I anticipated from the beginning.
