Kärcher Failed to Repair My RCV 5 Robotic Vacuum and Ignored My Service Requests

I bought a Karcher RCV 5 robotic vacuum cleaner, but after a while, it ceased to vacuum effectively. I sent the product to the service centre for repair since it was still under warranty. It has now been over 20 business days, and I still haven't received any updates or heard from anyone. Every time I reach out to customer service, they assure me that my issue will be passed on to the technical team, yet I never receive any follow-up. I requested a direct number to reach the service team, but they informed me that there wasn't one available. If I can't connect with the technical service or receive straightforward answers, what's the purpose of having a customer service line? I look forward to a prompt resolution and clear communication moving forward.

I am so fed up with this brand... I will do more than my best to reach everyone I can and ensure they do not buy any products from this brand. First, the robot gave an error for not vacuuming, we sent it to service, and after a thousand efforts, it came back 1.5 months later. It worked once and then gave the same error again... They supposedly changed its motor. I sent it again afterwards, and they sent it back after 1 month. This time it doesn't clean. It vacuums but doesn't mop. I'm so tired, I swear I'm exhausted. How can they work so irresponsibly and carelessly, my friend, they say to take legal action because they know we won't get any results from legal ways either... What can I say, what is there to say... May the money you took be cursed, may it not pass through your children's throats, God willing.
