I Bought the Kärcher FC 7 Signature Line and It Stopped Working After Only 5 Uses
I purchased the Kärcher FC 7 Signature Line on April 15, 2025, and by July 21, the device already stopped drawing water due to a malfunction. Since I bought this floor cleaner specifically for a summer house, I only used it four or five times total, and I was extremely careful to follow all instructions. I didn’t even use regular tap water to avoid calcification or clogging.
Despite this limited and cautious use, the machine failed. When I searched online, I found many other users facing the same exact issue, and most noted that the same defect kept recurring even after repairs. I contacted customer service, and all they offered was a repair, which I don’t accept. This is a 3-month-old product, barely used, and I do not want to risk it breaking down again after repair.
To make matters worse, on July 25, I repeatedly contacted customer service to obtain a copy of my invoice. After several calls, they sent me the wrong invoice, and despite following up twice more, I still haven’t received the correct one.
At this point, I am starting to question whether this is intentional negligence. You sold me a defective product and now you’re also withholding my invoice, which I need to proceed with a proper complaint. I demand a full refund or a brand-new replacement—not just a temporary repair. Please take accountability and fix this promptly.
