Stainless Steel Knife Set by Karaca – No Warranty Includes

I purchased a 4-piece knife set from the Karaca Palladium store in December 2022. To my dismay, the knives rusted after just a few uses. When I approached the store for a solution, the staff dropped a bombshell – some of Karaca's stainless steel products are not covered by a warranty! This shocking revelation left me stunned, realizing I had bought a knife set without any guarantees, unlike the ability to return a defective watermelon to a regular grocery store.

Undeterred, they suggested sending the knives to the service center for potential resolution. Little did I know that the knives I dispatched to the service center on December 10, 2023, couldn't undergo any process due to missing blades in the package. When I contacted customer service, they assured me they would liaise with the store and promised to provide a timeframe for the outcome, though they couldn't specify when. They were right – both Karaca store and the branch I purchased from have remained silent. It's been over 1.5 months since the delivery, and I'm left with no information. For a company I believed to be professional, their amateurish handling of the situation is both health-risking due to the rust and a major inconvenience. Not only did I end up with a product prone to rusting that they failed to disclose at the time of purchase, but now my knives seem to have vanished. It's a tragically comic tale.

While I hold little hope for a resolution, I'll give it one more week before reluctantly turning to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
