Karaca Didn’t Send Replacements for Broken Dinner Set Pieces After 40 Days
Dear Karaca, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Karaca. On September 1, 2024, I purchased a 24-piece dinner set through your sales system, which indicated that the items would be shipped via your logistics service. Unfortunately, when I received the shipment, I discovered that 5 pieces were broken. About a week later, I visited the Karaca store at Hilltown AVM and requested replacements for the damaged items. The store staff assured me that the new items would be shipped via cargo, and they took down my details. However, it has now been approximately 40 days since that visit, and I am still waiting for the replacements to arrive. Furthermore, I have been unable to reach the store by phone, as calls go unanswered. The call center’s automated system also lacks the option to speak with a representative, which has made resolving this issue even more difficult. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I have never encountered such poor service from a company before. I hope this matter will be escalated, and I expect a resolution promptly.
