Karaca New Matilla Cutlery Set Rusting After Short Use - Poor Support

On May 10th, I purchased a New Matilla cutlery set from your Ünye Karaca Gürsoylu store. When I first received the product, the forks were already discolored. The store took only the forks and replaced them a week later. However, after a short period of use, I have now noticed visible rust on the knives, which is unacceptable and concerning for health reasons. I contacted your customer service, and they asked me to send the entire set for inspection. I explained that I have no other cutlery at home, so it’s impossible for me to send the full set. Previously, only the faulty forks were replaced without issue. I am willing to send the knives for inspection, as I already shared photos clearly showing the rust. Moreover, my bread maker, which you took for inspection over 1.5 months ago, has still not been returned despite being told it would take 20 business days. No one has provided any update on that either. This situation is extremely disappointing and not what I expected from Karaca. Other companies would apologize and promptly replace visibly defective products based on photo evidence. I kindly request that my cutlery set be replaced immediately, or at the very least, that the defective knives be exchanged without requiring me to send the entire set.

In that case, you are obliged to provide me with a set to use during this process, because you say the review process for the set takes 20 business days, but as I saw with the bread maker, with you, 20 business days is just a formal number stated only because it’s required by law; it’s never actually applied. From my experience with the bread maker, I know it will take at least 2 months. The rust on the knives is clearly visible in the photos, but still, you insist on the whole set. If that’s the case, why, when I first bought it and the forks had yellow stains, did you say it was enough to just bring the forks and you replaced only those? Why didn’t you replace the whole set then? You were afraid I’d cancel, weren’t you? This is fraud. Accept the knives from the cutlery set, and if you insist on the whole set, then you are obliged to provide me with a replacement set to use during this process—no one has 2-3 sets at home. You’ve been saying for a month that the necessary actions will be taken, but I haven’t received any response or information. You need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Your rusty knives, which are harmful to human health, are unusable.
