My Missing Piece From Karaca Stream Gold Wedding Package Was Not Delivered

On 13.02.2025, I purchased Karaca's 152-piece Stream Gold wedding package. There were three defective products in my order. I delivered the defective items to the store. Two of them were shipped to my address, but one of my products has been missing for two months. Since the day I made the purchase, I have been constantly visiting the Karaca store and submitting requests. Each visit feels more exhausting because no real solution is offered. They keep telling me to contact customer service, but how is it even possible to reach customer service? I have never encountered such indifference from a company before. I am supposed to move into my house in May, and yet my missing product has still not been delivered.
