I trusted the quality of Karaca and decided to furnish my entire kitchen with their products. Two years ago, I bought the Karaca 316 Premium Look Platin cutlery set. Recently, one of the teaspoons from the set went missing. I reached out to both the store and customer service, asking if they could provide a replacement—even offering to pay for it. But neither was willing to help.

All I wanted was one single teaspoon to complete my set. Yet no one took responsibility or offered any support. It’s frustrating that a brand I placed my trust in refuses to stand behind its products.

Their customer service is dismissive, and they seem more interested in proving themselves right than helping loyal customers. I’m extremely disappointed, and I regret spending my money on Karaca. I won’t be recommending them to anyone. I don't forgive this treatment, and I certainly won't forget it.
