On February 1, 2025, I went to the Karaca store in Podium Shopping Mall, Ankara, to purchase a product. When I reached the checkout, the cashier told me, "I’ll need you to wait a bit," and then started assisting other customers instead.
Confused, I asked why, and the employee bluntly replied, "The price has increased, so I can’t sell it to you at the old price." Instead of processing my purchase, they took the item to the back and ignored me completely, clearly waiting for me to leave.
This is unacceptable from such a well-known brand! Karaca must take responsibility for this unprofessional behavior and ensure customers are treated fairly, regardless of price changes.
